Today's workout wasn't very intense. I didn't break much of a sweat. I'm kind of disappointed with this workout, especially since it's the halfway point. I'm 50% done with the 30 days!
My weightloss over the past week has not been very good. I'm too close to my start weight.
I'm reducing my calorie intake to 1200-1400 calories.
